Shipping Policy

We offer Free Domestic Shipping with Priority Mail. Express and Worldwide shipping have an extra fee, and each country’s customs fees vary;  it is not our decision or responsibility. Orders are shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, and you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 4 business days for Priority Mail and 2 business days for Express Mail. All insured deliveries require the signature of an adult, and if upon visit the carrier cannot collect a signature, 

1) a note will be left, and the package will be sent to the nearest post office and will be held for 10-15 days until pick up.

Or

2) a note will be left, and there will be two more visit attempts, and if after the third attempt they still cannot collect a signature, the package will be sent to the nearest post office and will be held for 5 days.

If no action is taken, the package will be returned to us. (more details on return policy)
